The Straight Splitter Tunnel has been designed to increase the downforce of any splitter, using CFD to maximise the performance generated. The straight design will typically be placed inboard of the front wheel to draw air into the void around the hub/driveshaft, where it can then be extracted behind the wheel and out of the front wheel arch.
