Outwash Rear Diffuser Tunnel

Your aero setup wouldn't be complete without some underfloor air management, that is where a Rear Diffuser comes in. Essentially a large Venturi Tunnel that allows the low pressure fast moving underbody air to rejoin the high pressure air behind the vehicle in a controlled linear fashion. Utilising the bernouli principle, a rear diffuser will create a high pressure point at the throat of the diffuser, which is where the downforce is generated, and will help to pull the air through from under the vehicle more effeciently.

This Outwash Rear Diffuser is typically used either side of our outer diffuser in a 4WD or RWD setup, as it has a lower profile so can clear suspension/linkage components. It can also be used as a pair on smaller vehicles or as part of our modular diffuser system where you can mix and match to suit your installation, manufactured in full carbon fibre with foam core reinforcement, you can create a truly functional rear diffuser to reduce drag and increase downforce to suit almost any vehicle.

Trimable to suit if necessary, the rear diffuser can either be run off the existing underbody if smooth enough, or you can run a sectional flat floor (doesn't have to be full) just in front of the diffuser. All of which needs to be adequately secured to the vehicle using the appropriate hardware.
