Product Details
If you want to take the first step towards improving your front end downforce, then look no further than our full Carbon Fibre Flat Splitter Blade. Manufactured using a combination of multi layered Carbon Fibre with a foam core, our Carbon Fibre Flat Splitter Blade can be produced to almost any flat profile shape within a size envelope of 2400mm x 1200mm (Width x Length). We always add the correct leading edge to all of our splitters to encourage the underflow of air and a thinned trailing edge, with a typical splitter thickness of approx 15-20mm.

Simply provide your desired shape including the offset required using either a cardboard template (trace your front bumber profile), dimensioned sketch, or CAD file (Solidworks, IGES, STL, DXF or DWG). We will do the rest and return a lightweight, super strong custom Carbon Fibre Splitter that you can then mount to your vehicle for immediate downforce improvements.

To further enhance the downforce generated, why not add some of our Carbon Fibre Splitter Tunnels which can easily double the Splitter performance. These can be installed by us or provided seperately.

Installation
As with any downforce generating part, the proper installation is key to unlocking the performance gains. Therefor you must ensure your new splitter is mounted sufficiently to the structural members of the vehicle (Chassis, Sub Frame, Pick Up Points etc), this will allow the downforce loads to be transfered to the vehicle correctly.

Typically you should be aiming for at least 3-4 mounting points, spead evenly across the splitter surface, using solid mounting bracketry (Steel, Aluminium or Titanium). We can always advise on this further on a case by case basis, as every vehicle is different and each installation may have its own requirements (permanently mounted, slide off & on, adjustable etc).

Just remember, the more solid the splitter is mounted, the less deflection it will experience and the more downforce will be produced by the vehicle.
